**********

Saigon spices space has paid much attention to popular dishes featured Saigon. With a rustic style, the author slowly sprinkled into that nostalgic lines as a condiment for Saigon delicacies. From tennis coffee, ice tea,.. to food as Com Tam, rice-noodle, goat curry, etc. Acsll of them are not merely what pleasing mouth and stomach but also embodying the cultural value. Reading Saigon spices Space is to be proud of Saigon’s multicultural cuisines.

However, the books contains description of popular dishes in both Saigon and southern regions.  Its wording is sometimes a bit shaky, sometimes makes the reader feel lack of something.
