One 4-year-old daughter, one husband and one small shop are her personal possession. She is always happy at sharing and inspiring the young Vietnamese mothers.

Nguyen Thu Ha aka Hachun Lyonnet was born in 1981 and has two kids. She has paid much attention to educating kids positively, especially in eating, sleeping and relaxing. She has read a lot of books on psychology for all ages. She particularly likes cooking, taking photos and sewing.

Do Thu Huong aka Me Ong Bong was born in 1988. She spends much time cooking so simple but delicious dishes every day for her own kids and husband. She would like to advise the Vietnamese young mother that they should learn how to raise their own kids to become independent and happy individuals in the future.

They are the co-author of 2 best-selling books titled Parenting is not a struggle and Weaning is not a struggle

Based on Gill Rapley and Tracey Murkett’s the Baby-led Weaning method, Bubu Huong, Hachun Lyonnet and Me Ong Bong have written Weaning is not a struggle for the young Vietnamese mothers who have 6-month-old and over 6-month-old kids. Unlike Japanese or Vietnamese weaning, Baby-led weaning method will help kids gain more self-eating skills. In other words, the kids have rights to choose types of food which they like or do not like.

Weaning is not a struggle provides interesting guidelines from Gill Rapley and Tracey Murkett’s Baby-led Weaning method and suggests more and more useful ways to apply them for the young Vietnamese mothers.  Its main content describes various recipes, dishes, meals and menu selection according to every age. Particularly, each chapter includes typical problems existing in Vietnamese families and ways to solve them in each Baby-led Weaning stage. Text combined with infographics makes its every page more beautiful and attract readers. Through this method, of course, the Vietnamese young mothers will feel relax and have time for themselves.
